HealthEngine aims aims to attract the best candidates from anywhere in the world.

The goal of the site was to highlight the benefits of working for HealthEngine, allow candidates to learn more about the business, culture, the teams and roles on offer. Candidates should also be able to easily apply or contact the business for more information.

The problem

As there are limited skilled professionals locally, the business is forced to search further abroad to find the right individuals; including interstate or overseas. With a small local talent pool, how could the best candidates be attracted from interstate and abroad?

The solution

Present HealthEngine as a fun, exciting and challenging place to grow an individual’s career within a fast-paced high-performing, world class organisation.

To attract high calibre employees it was important to highlight the benefits of working at HealthEngine such as the strong culture, high performing teams, positive office environment, social aspects and other perks. The site also needed to reflect a high quality product and design team.
